Shipping & Handling
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. We attempt to ship all in-stock products within 2 days of order however a good portion of the mats featured will be manufactured upon order. Customers should expect a 2-6 week ship date with 3-5 business days for delivery.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground
Service where possible. In the event that the merchandise is oversize
or is heavy in weight it may be shipped Freight. If merchandise is
shipped via Freight to a residence rather than a business there will be
an additional $40 charge for residential deliveries. This charge will
be the responsibility of the customer to pay. In addition, items may
be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be
claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or
damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice
concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and
call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a
claim. We are not
responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Returns
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a
manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for
instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to
receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to
manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization
Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization
Number written clearly on the package.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should: 1.
Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. 2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. 3.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss
of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service
(U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can
not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our
return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of
your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You
can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Your are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are
refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible
for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective
products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of
our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Errors & Omissions
Although we make every effort to make sure all information on the
MatMerchant.com website is correct it is possible, on occasion, to
encounter an error in pricing or description. We reserve the right to
correct the error without any further obligation other than to offer
the customer the option of canceling the order and providing a full
refund.
Warranty
Equipment/mats are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from date of invoice against faulty manufacturing or defects in materials. The seller's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair, at its option, to replace, at it's expense, any defective part of parts. Material claimed defective must be returned PREPAID to us for examination. Breakage caused by extreme usage will not be covered as it does not constitute defective material or faulty workmanship.
